Alloy Software Continues its Strong Growth

As a client for more than two years now, we have watched Alloy Software grow into one of the leaders in the help desk software space. This week, the company announced two exciting pieces of news. First, the company launched a new product targeting small and medium-sized businesses. The product, Alloy Navigator Express, is an extension of their flagship solution (Alloy Navigator).

Alloy Navigator Express
offers an intuitive, easy-to-use approach in managing help desk, hardware and
software assets. The product also includes a number of key features
and has a low cost of ownership.
In addition to the product launch, it was announced that Alloy
Software won the 2009 CRM Excellence Award from Customer Inter@ction
Solutions magazine. Winners of the award are chosen based on their
product’s ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship to become
all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire lifetime of the
customer. This is the second consecutive year that Alloy has won this award.
With these two announcements, Alloy has entered the second quarter with
significant momentum, and the company is poised to continue its strong growth
this year.
