Every organization – large and small – should have a social responsibility initiative to give back to its community. At Springboard, we have supported many local organizations over the years.

As we begin 2010, our commitment to local causes will continue.  Recently, we have teamed up with DKMS, the world’s largest bone marrow donor center, in order to help 15-year old Brian Wecker Jr. who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).

Along with DKMS, Springboard is utilizing its expertise to raise awareness for a bone marrow donor drive for Brian, which will take place on Saturday, January 9, 2010.

Community relations should be on your to-do list for 2010.  There are so many individuals, groups and communities that can use your support.  You would be surprised how much of an impact you can make.

In addition to being socially responsible, community relations provides a vehicle for your team to get involved, give back, connect and reinforce your company’s culture and values.

On behalf of the team at Springboard, we wish everyone a healthy and prosperous new year.
